Being a IT Guy, i have to read lot of books and stay updated , i just did shopping for over 19000 worth of books from flipkart and amazon combined. in just 3-4 days, since i am switching to open source from my current Microsoft technology, so lot of study and research had to be done
problem with books they take weeks to arrive, and i was fooled by 1 of the vendor on amazon for not delivering 1 book ,i was not present when the package arrived, and mom paid taking the package, when i opened there was only 1 book, but on cover it said 2 books and billed for it..
problem with online shopping is, you need to be present when the package arrives, these vendors tries to scape goat, when they dont have product, they just send u empty or different item , numerous times i have been fooled by online shopping, amazon and flipkart just forwards the orders to the vendors who then try to fool customers, and its a long and complicated return and refund policy, which will waste lot of time, being an IT guy i dont have time
the reason i bought this is the books come lot cheaper on kindle and lot of free ebooks are also available, and it is instant, which i like the most, imagine if you want to learn new technology, you order a book and it takes weeks to come, here on kindle is instant, moment you order its available

when it arrives, it looks like it has a card board over the screen, and i tried to remove it, but its not cardboard its a screen, whenever u start and close the application new screen appears, its amazing
see the screen looks like just paper book, so the screen is quite different from mobiles or tab, it is just like paper, you can also read it in dark, and dont have adjust light or switch on light, you can read any room regardless of light quality there, it screen is specifically made for reading, so good readers who like reading, should have it, instead reading on mobile phone or tab, this is better choice

evice section, and the books you purchased from amazon will be available on cloud section
But the problem i found with it is, it doesnt display pdf files
from computers properly, but that kind of okay
Kindle is a good way to read books, navigation is confusing at start , till you get used to it, screen has to be a little bigger, but even with the current size it is quite comfortable to read, so if you are spending lot on books, you can save money using kindle, and this is how we in future would be reading, less paper and more computer, use pen and paper is shredding, hardly any educated guy keeps pen in his pocket, nor a dairy.
i bought this kindle mentioned, above, it was available for 8330, few days ago, i waited, thought price will reduce, but didn't so i bought that up
